Mel’s experience is comprehensive, spanning construction, lending, and real estate sales. This holistic understanding of construction and land value is an asset to our clients. Mel resides in Washington, DC, with his two children and their dog Ziggy. When he's not managing construction projects, you can find Mel swimming, hiking, cooking up a storm, or untangling himself from a complex situation on the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu mat.
